Maithripala appears before CID over Easter Sunday attacks

Colombo, May 03- Former President Maithripala Sirisena made a significant appearance today at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to provide a statement regarding the Easter Sunday terror attacks that rocked the nation.

Sirisena spent two hours at the CID, where he cooperated in recording his statement. This marks his second appearance before the authorities, following a previous five-hour-long session on March 25.
