Man shot dead in Horana

A 32-year-old man was killed when he was shot at by two unidentified gunmen arrived on a motorcycle at Ilimba in Horana last night.

Police said the victim was driving a three-wheeler when the gunmen opened fire at him on the Ilimba - Kandana Road.

The victim, a resident of Horana, was succumbed to his wound after admission to the Horana Hospital.

Investigations revealed that the gunmen had opened fire at another three-wheeler and a house in the same area before they carry out the fatal shooting.
