Prices of variety of food items reduced: AICROA

Colombo, September 29 (Daily Mirror)- the prices of a wide range of food items have been reduced due to the reduction of egg prices, the All Island Canteen and Restaurant Owners' Association (AICROA) said.

Accordingly, the price of a packet of fried rice, Kottu and a packet of rice and curry with an egg have been reduced by Rs. 40.

A spokesman for the Association said steps have been taken to reduce prices of egg rolls and egg hoppers by Rs. 20 and egg rotti by Rs. 30.
