SL, Cambodia exempt visas for diplomatic, official passport holders

Sri Lanka and Cambodia have exempted visa for holders of diplomatic and official passports with effect from December 24, 2022, Embassy and Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka in Bangkok said.

It said in a statement that the agreement on exemption of visa requirements for diplomatic and official passport holders between Sri Lanka and Cambodia signed on May 10, 2022.

The statement said that agreement was signed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at Phnom Penh by Ambassador and Permanent Representative, C.A. Chaminda Colonne of Sri Lanka, and Koy Kuong the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
