Sobhitha Rajakaruna appointed Acting President of Appeal Court

Colombo, August 16 (Daily Mirror)-  Court of Appeal Judge R.M. Sobhitha Rajakaruna has been appointed as the Acting President of the Court of Appeal by President Ranil Wickremesinghe.

He was sworn in before the President at the Presidential Secretariat this morning, the President's Media Division (PMD) said.

Sobhitha Rajakaruna was apppointed Acting President of the Court of Appeal till Nissanka Bandula Karunaratne, who is away from the country, returns.
