Special Parliament sitting on July 2

Colombo, June 25 (Daily Mirror) - A special sitting of Parliament will be held on July 2, 2024, the Parliament's media unit said today. 

"Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena notified all MPs to attend Parliament on July 2 at 9.30 am as per the request of the Prime Minister. 

The sitting has been fixed following the request made by Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena from the Speaker as per Standing Order No. 16.
