Sri Lanka qualified for the Super Six stage of the ICC World Cup 2023, beating Ireland by 132 runs in Bulawayo today, on the back of Wanindu Hasaranga's third successive five-wicket haul and a maiden century from Dimuth Karunaratne.
Scotland and Oman also progressed to the next round from Group B as a result of Sri Lanka's win.
Chasing a 326-run target, Hasaranga took 5 for 79, to follow up figures of 6 for 24 against UAE and 5 for 13 versus Oman earlier this week.

Curtis Campher top scored with 39 off 31, with Harry Tector making 33 fron 35 balls.
Earlier, Karunaratne continued his excellent form since returning to ODI cricket, with a fifth score of 50 or more.

In Group A, Zimbabwe, West Indies and Netherlands moved into the Super Six stage.
