Two arrested with narcotics pills worth Rs. 10mn

Two suspects have been arrested with 5,600 narcotic pills and heroin which has a street value of Rs. 10 million during a raid near a 5-star hotel in Colombo, Police said.
 
They said the suspects were arrested yesterday following a tip-off. Police also seized 2.4 grams of heroin from the suspects' possession.
 
The arrestee aged between 20 and 29 were identified as residents of Angoda and Wattala.
 
They would be produced in the Fort Magistrate's Courts.
