Colombo Jewellery Stores Managing Partner Akram Cassim has been elected as President of the Sri Lanka Gem and Jewellery Association (SLJGA).

The SLJGA is recognised as the apex body for the industry since 2002.

Cassim was elected as President at the Annual General Meeting of the SLGJA held recently.
