Assetline Finance appoints Mano Rajakariar to the board

Assetline Finance Limited (Assetline Finance) recently announced the appointment of Mano Rajakariar as Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company. 

Mano Rajakariar’s career spans over three decades with a strong background in Auditing, Financial Management and Financial Reporting. He has served leading entities such as South Asia Gateway Terminals, John Keells Holdings PLC and Coopers and Lybrand (PWC) in Sri Lanka and Malawi, playing key roles at Executive and Senior Management Levels. 

He possesses a wealth of experience in Financial and Management Accounting, Auditing, Risk, and Compliance practices. He is a member of the Ethics Committee at CA Sri Lanka and also serves on the respective Boards of Alumex PLC, Hayleys Fiber PLC and Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Limited (Pick-Me). 

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) Sri Lanka, Rajakariar is also a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of  Management Accountants (CIMA) UK and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.
