Bodaragama appointed as new Excise Commissioner General

Advisor to Finance, Economy and Policy Development Ministry A. Bodaragama has been appointed as Commissioner General of Excise.

He has served the Excise Department for over 30 years at various capacities after joining the department as an Excise Inspector.

He once served as the acting Commissioner General of Excise. He has a Master’s in Human Resources Management and has taken part in various educational programmes in Germany, South Korea, China and Singapore.
