 As a vital part of the nation’s economic framework, the export sector stands ready to support and collaborate with the administration in promoting sustainable growth, enhancing international trade relations, and expanding opportunities for businesses of all sizes. We are eager to work with his government to overcome challenges and unlock the vast potential within Sri Lanka’s export industries.

The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon 
The EFC, established in 1929,is an organization of employers dealing with Labour, Employment and Social policy in Sri Lanka. Today, it is the principal organization of employers promoting employer interests at national level. 
Considering the highly competitive environment businesses are required to operate in at present, the EFC calls on the President to initiate labour law reforms which will result in the promotion of investment, creation of new and better job opportunities, strengthen social security and create an enabling environment for employees and employers to realize the full potential of the modern world of work.
