CMA Sri Lanka webinar on new SEC Act tomorrow

The Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA) will conduct another knowledge sharing Continuing Professional Development virtual webinar on ‘New Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act no 19 of 2021’ tomorrow from 6.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m. via online zoom platform. 

The welcome address will be delivered by Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala, Founder President, CMA Sri Lanka. 
The keynote presentation will be delivered by Viraj Dayaratne President’s Counsel, Chairman Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion which will be moderated by Adrian Perera Group CEO Lanka Rating Agency Ltd and three eminent panelists consisting of Manil Jayesinghe Commissioner SEC and President CA Sri Lanka, Dr. Harsha Cabraal President’s Counsel and Chairman of the Tokyo Cement Group and Dr. Arittha Wikramanayake  Senior Partner Nithya Partners.

The webinar will conclude with a question and answer session where participants will also have an opportunity to discuss practical applications and obtain clarifications via chat option.
