CPM Sri Lanka unveils programme for aspiring C-suite leaders

The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka) announced the upcoming launch of the Chartered Professional Manager (CPM) Professional Programme, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation of dynamic leaders in management. 

With an emphasis on future-ready skills, this programme is designed to elevate the aspiring professionals to C-suite excellence, equipping them with the tools necessary for success in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.
This comprehensive programme boasts a cutting-edge curriculum, rigorously designed to meet the demands of a competitive job market. It is tailored for graduates, undergraduates and young professionals, offering them a structured pathway to develop vital management competencies. By combining academic theory with practical application, CPM Sri Lanka ensures that the participants gain the real-world insights necessary for a successful career trajectory toward top executive positions.

The official launch event will take place at Atrium Lobby of Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo, on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. 

The prestigious gathering will be attended by industry luminaries and respected professionals, marking a significant moment in the field of management education in Sri Lanka.

CPM Sri Lanka Founder and President Professor Lakshman R. Watawala will extend a warm welcome to the distinguished guests, followed by an insightful keynote speech by Dr. Ravi Fernando, CEO and Global Strategic Corporate Sustainability Executive in Residence at INSEAD Business School, France. 

Dr. Fernando’s address will highlight the growing importance of professional management qualifications in developing future-ready managers who possess not only knowledge but also the leadership acumen to navigate complex corporate environments.
