Commercial Credit & Finance to raise Rs.2bn via listed debt issue

Commercial Credit & Finance PLC plans to raise up to Rs.2 billion via listed debenture issue.

The finance company plans to issue 10 million listed, redeemable, rated, guaranteed, five-year debentures of Rs.100 each with an option to issue up to a further 10 million of the said debentures to raise up to Rs.2 billion.

The official date of opening of the subscription list is February 24, 2021.

Capital Alliance functions as the Managers to Issue and SSP Corproate Services acts as Registrars.

The Colombo Stock Exchange in principle has approved an application by the company to list the said debentures.
