Constituent change at S&P SL20 index

The amalgamation of Commercial Leasing and Finance PLC with LOLC Finance PLC has led to an ad hoc constituent change in the S&P SL20 index.

As a result, Commercial Leasing and Finance PLC has been excluded from the index and Softlogic Life Insurance has been included in the index.

The exclusion and the inclusion as announced by S&P Dow Jones Indices, is effective from March 31, 2022.
The S&P SL 20 index includes the 20 largest companies, by total market capitalisation, listed on the CSE that meets minimum size, liquidity and financial viability thresholds. 

The constituents are weighted by float-adjusted market capitalisation, subject to a single stock cap of 15percent, which is employed to reduce single stock concentration.
