Continental Insurance certified as ‘Great Place to Work’

Continental Insurance Lanka Limited (CILL) has received the coveted Great Place to Work certification.
Based on the survey, CILL employees endorsed ‘fairness’ as the company’s strength, specifically indicating employees feel most positively that “Managers avoid playing favourites”. Additionally, the top Workplace Health Indicator was identified as “Long term association with the organization” demonstrating employees enjoy their work and feel motivated to build careers within the company long-term due to the supportive environment.
The certification for 2024 follows CILL 610 plus employees’ response, across 60 branches, to a rigorous assessment process conducted by the global authority Great Place to Work Institute.
