Dubai’s One Nature group to lease land for 28-chalet resort

A sister company of Dubai’s One Nature group is set to invest in a 28-chalet resort in the Yala-Palatupana tourism zone, by leasing land from the government.


The Cabinet of Ministers this week approved a proposal by Tourism Development, Wildlife and Christian Religious Affairs Minister John Amaratunga to give seven acres in Palatupana, Yala, to the One Nature group, on a 50-year lease.

The leasing of the land would be based on the valuations provided by the Valuation Department.The One Nature group offers nature-based luxury boutique tourism experience and operates Nyaruswiga Safari Camp in Serengeti, Tanzania. 


Another project One Nature currently working on in Tanzania is Orangi River Safari Lodge.
