Seven years ago, Enfection was born out of a big vision and even bigger dreams of transforming the world of marketing through its insight-driven marketing approach.
Today, it is thrilled to announce something monumental – the launch of its ‘Enfected One’ programme.
This unique ESOPesq initiative isn’t just about shares; it’s about sharing Enfection’s success with those who make it all possible – its enfectors.
Enfection’s journey, led by co-founders Lahiru, Shezri and Saliya, has always been about creating something different– something that connects with employees on a deeper level.
Enfection didn’t just want to do consultancy work and call it a day; it wanted to build a company where the people feel a genuine sense of ownership and belonging. From the outset, Enfection’s vision included a plan to ensure that part of the company would be owned by its people.
Launching the Enfected One programme before Enfection hits its 100th employee has always been part of that vision and today, Enfection celebrates its realisation.
As Enfection CEO Saliya Withana explained, “Our foundation in Sri Lanka inspired us to infuse one main element of Sri Lankan culture into our company culture – community.
At Enfection, we take care of each other. That’s what we’re built on. We are the true backbone of Enfection. Our employees are our real ARR, our GP, our NP and the greatest asset we’ve ever built.”
Despite facing numerous challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, Easter bombings, economic crises, fuel shortages, floods and regional unrest, Enfection’s enfectors have shown up every single day, representing the marketing fraternity globally and building a global marketing powerhouse. Now, it’s time they own a piece of what they built together.
The launch of the Enfected One programme marks a significant milestone in Enfection’s history. It’s a testament to its commitment to building a company where employees are valued, celebrated and given a stake in the shared success.
