Evolution Auto unveils Revolt RV400 and RV400 BRZ electric bikes in Sri Lanka

Evolution Auto Private Limited introduced its flagship electric motorcycle, Revolt RV400, at an exclusive launch event held on November 25, at Water’s Edge, Colombo. 


RV400 seamlessly combines innovative technology, enhanced performance and affordability, offering Sri Lankan riders a revolutionary alternative to petrol-powered motorcycles.


Powered by a 3 kW mid-drive motor, it provides an impressive range of up to 150 km per charge, making it ideal for urban commuting as well as longer journeys. RV400’s three adaptable riding modes—Eco, City and Sport—allow riders to customise their experience to suit their journey, whether prioritising efficiency, comfort or performance. 


The bike boasts an array of advanced features, including My Revolt App, smart key functionality and an electronic push-button ignition, offering real-time alerts and the convenience of advanced connectivity through its AI-enabled technology. The app also offers eo-locate and geo-fencing features, enabling users to track their e-bike anytime and ensure theft protection with perimeter alarms. The addition of smartphone-integrated features, including navigation assistance, call and SMS alerts and remote start, sets it apart as the leading choice for tech-savvy users. 


Evolution Auto Private Limited has introduced Revolt RV400 with a special introductory price of Rs.949,900. Additionally, RV400 BRZ, priced at Rs.849,900, offers a practical alternative with a mechanical key. They are also offering tailor-made leasing packages for both electric bikes, with monthly instalments starting from Rs.25,220. Furthermore, for a limited time (from November 25 to December 31, 2024), the company is providing on both Revolt RV400 and RV400 BRZ an exclusive 10-year brand warranty on the battery. RV400’s range flexibility, with up to 150 kms, ensures that riders can easily navigate urban and suburban routes. The bike’s IP67-rated battery offers superior waterproof durability, ensuring reliable performance under varied weather conditions. The battery configuration of Revolt RV400 features a Lithium-ion 72V battery with a capacity of 3.24KWh, ensuring impressive performance and range. 


With dual disc brakes, a Combined Braking System (CBS) and adjustable suspension, RV400 delivers a smooth and safe ride, even on Sri Lanka’s challenging terrains. Its lightweight frame of just 108 kg, complemented by LED lighting and customisable exhaust sounds, enhances both functionality and style.
