Exterminators transfers to CSE Diri Savi Board

Exterminators PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier pest management and environmental technology company, yesterday transferred its shares to the Diri Savi Board of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

The capital market operator announced the transfer of the ordinary voting shares of Exterminators PLC from the Empower Board of the CSE to the Diri Savi Board from December 2, 2022.

The transfer was approved by the CSE in consultation with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka.
