This September, the Great Place to Work FOR ALL Regional Conference will return, promising a day of inspiring discussions and valuable insights. Scheduled for September 10, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Grand Ballroom, Hilton Colombo, the event will explore the future of work with a focus on inclusivity, purpose and culture. 


This year’s theme, ‘The Future of Work is FOR ALL’, underscores the mission to create workplaces where everyone, regardless of background, identity or role, can thrive. The event offers a unique opportunity to connect with a diverse group of leaders, HR professionals and industry experts and as such will be an invaluable platform for networking, allowing participants to establish meaningful connections with peers and thought leaders. It is ideally tailored for CXO’s leaders, HR professionals and anyone invested in fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Attendees will have the chance to gain actionable insights, strategies and best practices that can be implemented in their own organisations, enhancing workplace culture and performance. The conference also features inspirational speakers at the forefront of driving positive change within their workplaces and communities, who will share their experiences and successes, providing motivation and new perspectives. Moreover, the event fosters thought-provoking discussions on the most pressing issues facing the future of work, encouraging participants to explore innovative solutions and engage in forward-thinking dialogue, in creating inclusive and high-performing workplaces.


The event will kick off with a session on ‘The Future of Work’, offering a comprehensive overview of emerging trends and the evolving dynamics of work environments. Another key session, ‘Inclusive Leadership for a Future-Ready Workforce’, will delve into the importance of leadership that embraces diversity and prepares organisations for future challenges. 


Attendees will participate in specialised breakout sessions, each focusing on distinct themes, that will comprise of the first session exploring  ‘Purpose,  People, Culture’ and how to align organisational purpose with a people-centric culture to drive success. The next session on ‘Key Insights: Driving Growth Through Trust and Innovation in the Workplace’, will provide valuable insights into building trust and fostering innovation. 


The second round of breakouts session will be on ‘Beyond Differences: Fostering DEIB in the Workplace’, which will highlight strategies for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, whilst  another session on ‘Cultivating a Culture of Balance: Strategies for Wellbeing at Work’, will discuss the importance of well-being and balance in the workplace.  The third round of breakouts offers session on ‘Sustainability: Shaping the Future of Work’, focusing on sustainable practices and sessions on  ‘The Impact of Digital Transformation and AI in the Workplace’, exploring the role of technology in shaping the future.  Thereafter, a session on ‘FOR ALL Culture: The Global Outlook of Best Workplaces’ will showcase global best practices for creating inclusive and supportive work environments.  The keynote speakers for the event are The Advantage Coach CEO and Founder Adam Ashcroft and Sunshine Holdings PLC Group Chief Executive Officer Shyam Sathasivam.
