Hemas Hospitals celebrates International Nurses Day

To demonstrate profound respect and appreciation for its nursing staff, Hemas Hospitals in both Thalawathugoda and Wattala conducted a series of heartfelt events to celebrate the International Nurses Day. 

These events were organised to honour and celebrate the invaluable contributions of its nurses, treating them as integral pillars of the healthcare community. As part of the celebration, the nurses were also presented with gifts, symbolising Hemas Hospitals’ gratitude for their dedicated service.

The celebrations culminated in a grand felicitation ceremony, where Hemas Hospitals honoured its devoted nurses and invited the supporting staff to join the event, acknowledging their essential role in the hospital’s operations. The event was followed by an evening of fellowship and a dinner, fostering a sense of unity and further strengthening the bonds within the nursing team.
