ICC appoints Dinal Phillips as Int’l Court of Arbitration member

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) recently appointed Dinal Phillips PC to serve as a member of the International Court of Arbitration for the period 2021-2024.


The ICC International Court of Arbitration is the world’s foremost international arbitral institution. It is a great honour for Sri Lanka and also marks the recognition of the professional standards maintained by our legal fraternity. 


International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (ICCSL) Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody said, “The ICCSL is happy to note that Dinal Phillips PC, an accomplished and effective counsel, is succeeding Dr. Harsha Cabral PC, who was a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration for the period 2019-21.”


Phillips is a former Non-Executive Director of National Development Bank PLC.
