JAT Holdings shares to debut on CSE today

The shares of JAT Holdings Ltd will commence trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) today, following the successful initial public offering (IPO), which got oversubscribed.

The company’s IPO of 82,904,846 ordinary voting shares, by way of a combination of an offer for subscription and an offer for sale, which opened on July 20, was oversubscribed on the initial day itself. The IPO offered for subscription of 55,814,700 ordinary voting shares, at Rs.27 per share and 27,090,146 ordinary voting shares, at Rs27 per share, were offered for sale. When the issue closed on its official opening day, JAT had received applications worth of Rs.3.95 billion.
