Organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD), the People Development Awards aim to recognise and celebrate organisations that exemplify excellence in people development. The awards highlight entities that strategically invest in holistic HRD initiatives, aligning with global and regional best practices. 

Accordingly, the award recognises Laugfs Holdings’ significant contributions to the growth of its people, which in turn contributes to organisational growth, and ultimately helps to support innovation and growth in Sri Lanka’s economy.
