MillenniumIT ESP announces leadership changes to drive growth

MillenniumIT ESP announced a significant change in its leadership, ushering in a new and promising era for the company.
 This strategic shift is driven by a transition in Ambeon Group which further strengthens MillenniumIT ESP’s international growth strategy by bringing in the expertise of a new Board of Directors.
In tandem with these transitions, MillenniumIT ESP announced several key additions to its Board of Directors. Sujeewa Mudalige, former Managing Partner of PwC Sri Lanka, has been appointed as the Chairman. Mudalige’s experience as an independent director in both private and listed companies together with knowledge in business advisory services are expected to be instrumental in guiding MillenniumIT ESP towards growth and success. 
Mudalige remarked, “I am honoured to join the board of MillenniumIT ESP, a company that has been changing the technology landscape of Sri Lanka for over 25 years. I look forward to supporting the growth of the company and working with our talented team to drive innovation and expand our global footprint.”
Joining the Board of Directors are Samresh Kumar,  Savanth Sebastian, Sharad Sridharan, and Mr. Revantha Devasurendra. 
Samresh Kumar is a private equity investor with diverse global experience in multi-billion-dollar companies, investment funds, and high-growth companies. He is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of SkyX Solar in Vietnam, and has previously served as Managing Director at VinaCapital and Executive Vice-President at Masan Group. 
Sharad Sridharan co-founded ACP Asset Management, where he serves as CEO and is a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee. Sridharan is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and monitoring ACP Asset Management’s portfolio companies. 


Revantha Devasurendra brings a wealth of experience in driving strategic initiatives and implementing robust systems and processes. He is the founding Board member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) Sri Lanka and has played a pivotal role in the establishment and success of the EO Bangkok Metropolitan Chapter. 
The new leadership team is committed to a long-term growth strategy that emphasizes organic expansion of existing business operations while leveraging the company’s international reach.
