NDB shines at Great Manager Awards 2023 with highest number of wins

National Development Bank PLC (NDB) reaffirms its commitment to excellence by being recognised as a ‘Company with Great Managers’ at the Great Manager Awards 2023. 
Hosted by the Colombo Leadership Academy for Leadership Excellence, this recognition celebrates NDB’s exceptional leadership and managerial talent.
NDB’s stellar performance at the awards ceremony saw seven individuals from the bank’s management secure awards across various categories. Kalinga Senanayake, Surani Peiris, and Nilantha Akurugoda were honoured for their outstanding contributions under the category of Aligning Organisational Vision. 
Meanwhile, Renuka Perera and Vinjaya Jayasinghe were recognised for their exemplary Team Effectiveness and Collaboration. 
Additionally, Ruchinda Kodagoda and Asiri Sarathchandra were awarded for their exceptional prowess in Driving Results and Execution Excellence.
