Nestlé Lanka’s commitment towards quality as a non-negotiable priority was recognized at the Sri Lanka National Quality Awards 2020, organized by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI).
The ‘Good food, Good life’ company, which manufactures over 90 percent of its products sold in Sri Lanka at its state-of-the-art factory in Kurunegala, was adjudged winner in the Manufacturing (Large) category.

The company manufactures over 90 percent of its products sold in Sri Lanka locally, employing strict quality controls in its manufacturing process. Stringentquality checks are conducted at each stage, along with comprehensive testingin accordance with local and international food safety laws and standards.Nestlé also extends their strict quality controls to stakeholders across its value chain, offering support and training on quality and food safety, and conducting regular audits to ensure their quality standards are adhered to.
