Nippon Paint Lanka among Great Place to Work’s Best Places to Work in Asia

Nippon Paint Lanka has been ranked as the 56th among the best places to work in Asia 
for 2024. 


The recognition has been made by Great Place to Work, following an independent survey. The company was also placed as the ninth among the 50 best workplaces in Sri Lanka. 


The Great Place to Work certification recognises the employers who create an outstanding employee experience. It is a two-step process that included surveying Nippon Paint Lanka employees and completing a short questionnaire about the company’s workforce.
