No doubts over finalising terms with CDB

State Minister Finance Shehan Semasinghe affirmed that discussions with China Development Bank (CDB) are progressing positively and that there should be no doubts over finalising terms.

“We have engaged positively with CDB also. A commercial component is involved, and we are confident that we will conclude and sign MoUs. The advisors are working on it,” Semasinghe told journalists while providing an update in this regard.

Sri Lanka owes US$ 3.2 billion to CDB which comes under commercial debt.
