Nobel Prize for Peace recipient Shri Kailash Satyarthi switches www.pathfinderfoundation.org web in the presence of Pathfinder Foundation Founder Milinda Moragoda
The newly-developed website of the Pathfinder Foundation, www.pathfinderfoundation.org, was launched in New Delhi by Nobel Prize for Peace recipient Shri Kailash Satyarthi, a renowned Indian social activist, who campaigned to create a child-friendly society, where all children are free from exclusion and exploitation and receive free education.
Pathfinder Foundation Founder Milinda Moragoda was present at the event.
Satyarthi is a Nobel laureate and Indian social reformer, who campaigned against child labour in India and advocated for universal education. In 2014, he was the co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize for Peace, along with Malala Yousafzai, for their struggle against the suppression of children and youth and the right of all children to education.
The Pathfinder Foundation, established in 2008, is a non-profit, non-partisan, research and advocacy think-tank, operating today at regional level, dedicated to playing an important role in public policy, strategic and security-related issues. Lately, Pathfinder has engaged in ocean centric affairs focusing on the Indian Ocean in general and the Bay of Bengal in particular.
The newly-launched website has been designed and developed to showcase the Foundation’s activities better and reach out to a broader audience across the globe. Visitors will be able to navigate through the site easily and learn more about the Pathfinder Centres and Affiliates and tap into the extensive library of Pathfinder publications, including policy papers and reports, books and newspaper columns and articles.
