Phoenix Ventures subsidiary to set up US$ 25 mn office complex in Col.03

Grafeio One (Pvt) Ltd recently inked an investment agreement with Sri Lanka’s apex investment promotion agency, the Board of Investment (BOI), to set up an office complex in Colombo 03.

Grafeio is a subsidiary of Phoenix Ventures (Pvt) Ltd., which is a diversified group holding company operating in Sri Lanka over the last 50 years. 

The company has committed a fresh investment of US$ 25.18 million for the project. 
The funds will be utilized to develop ‘Modern Office Spaces’ located at Galle Road Colombo 3.

The agreement was signed by BOI Chairman Eng. Raja Edirisuriya, and Phoenix Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. Chairman/Geafeio One (Pvt) Ltd. Director Aslam Omar.

Phoenix Ventures (Pvt) Ltd has direct investments mainly in fashion, polymer and real estate industries.
