Renuka group appoints new directors to boards

Renuka Hotels PLC, Renuka City Hotels PLC and Cargo Boat Development Co. PLC announced the appointment of new directors to the respective boards. 

Renuka Hotels PLC appointed Shelendra Nonis Ranaweera as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Dr. Dhananjeyan Senathirajah has joined the board of Renuka City Hotels PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Cargo Boat Development Co. PLC appointed Sujeewa Mudalige and Rohana Karunanayake as Independent Non-Executive Directors to its board of directors.  

With the latest appointments, the board of Renuka Hotels PLC comprises S.R. Thambiayah (Chairperson/Jt. Managing Director), N.A. Thambiayah (Deputy Chairman), A.L. Thambiayah (Jt. Managing Director), R.B. Thambiayah, N.R. Thambiayah, R.N. Asirwatham, G.I. Koggalage, M.J. Fernando, P. M.B. Fernando and S.M.A.N. Ranaweera.

The board of Renuka City Hotels PLC now comprises R.B. Thambiayah (Chairman), N.A. Thambiayah (Deputy Chairman), S.R. Thambiayah (Jt. Managing Director), A.L. Thambiayah (Jt. Managing Director), M.A. Jayawardena, N.R. Thambiayah, T. Dharmarajah, C.V. Cabraal and D. Senathirajah.

With the new appointments, the board of Cargo Boat Development Co. PLC comprises R.B. Thambiayah (Chairman), N.A. Thambiayah (Deputy Chairman), N.R. Thambiayah (Managing Director), S.R. Thambiayah, R.S. Tissanayagam, A.L. Thambiayah, D.C. Fernando, D.T.S.H. Mudalige and S.A.R.S. Karunanayake.
