Rimoe Saladin appointed to CIC board

Corporate personality Rimoe Saldin was appointed as a Director of agrochemical giant CIC Holdings PLC last week.

Saldin has over 20 years of top management experience in finance, human resource development, general management and operations.

He is currently a Director of Paints & General Industries Ltd, the holding company of CIC Holdings, Director/CEO of plastics market leader Polypak Secco Limited and Vice President of the Industrial Association of Sri Lanka affiliated to the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.He had been a Director of CIC Holdings in the past as well.

Saldin had also been the Browns Investments PLC Managing Director/CEO, Royal Dutch Shell Sri Lanka Country Controller, while having held other high-profile appointments.He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants chapters in Sri Lanka and the UK, a Certified Management Accountant, Australia and an alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
