The Sri Lanka Gem and Jewellery Association’s message congratulating the ninth executive president of Sri Lanka is as follows.Your Excellency,Congratulations on your election as the president of Sri Lanka.


On behalf of the Sri Lanka Gem and Jewellery Association and the entire gem and jewellery industry, it is with great honour that we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency on your swearing in as the ninth president of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.


As an industry that has proudly contributed to the rich heritage and economic development of Sri Lanka, we are confident that under your visionary leadership, the country will continue to prosper and reach new heights. Your commitment to progress, unity and the well-being of all citizens aligns perfectly with the values and ambitions of our sector, which has long been a cornerstone of the nation’s identity and economy.


We would also like to express our sincere gratitude for the several discussions that we had with Your Excellency and senior members of your party before the elections. 


We deeply appreciate your understanding of our industry, which has given us confidence in your leadership and the positive future ahead.
