Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s premier life insurer, continues its commitment to enriching the well-being of all by entering a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Finance Department at the University of Kelaniya.
This partnership is the latest addition to the company’s ongoing efforts to empower the nation’s future leaders, building upon its collaborations with the University of Wayamba and University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Paranayapa stated, “At Union Assurance, our organisational ethos is firmly rooted in training and development. We believe in the transformative power of upskilling our employees to ensure we continue delivering the highest quality of service. In this same spirit, we recognise the critical importance of upskilling the youth of our nation, as they will play a vital role in shaping Sri Lanka’s future business landscape. We are therefore delighted to formalise our partnership with the Kelaniya University. Our dedication to this partnership, along with our ongoing initiatives, affirms our commitment to empowering the next generation of professionals.”
