Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s leading life insurer, has partnered with the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) to offer exclusive career development programmes for its top advisers.
This collaboration aligns with Union Assurance’s Learning Academy’s strategy, aimed at enhancing the professional growth and skills of advisers across both the agency and bancassurance divisions to better meet the evolving needs of the customers.
This new initiative will offer exclusive training sessions designed by SLIM to enhance advisers’ skills, ensuring they remain at the forefront of providing exceptional services. The partnership was officially unveiled at an inaugural ceremony held at Union Assurance’s head office in Colombo, where over 50 selected advisers from across the organisation were introduced to the programme. A key benefit of the programme is the opportunity for advisers to receive certification from SLIM, which will meet the prerequisite criteria for further educational pursuits and facilitate their career advancement.
