YCAF launches CSR project to support Indira Cancer Trust patients

The Young Chartered Accountants Forum (YCAF) launched a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project recently dedicated to bringing joy and a sense of normalcy to cancer patients at the Indira Cancer Trust.
The team rallied to raise money to provide medical support for pediatric cancer patients. These combined efforts resulted in raising Rs. 4 million for the kids. Rs. 1 million was donated by the CA Sri Lanka UAE Chapter. CA Sri Lanka Kuwait and Canada Chapters are also contributed to this worthy cause. These funds will be used to provide medicines for children in need of cancer treatment.
The fundraising culminated in a special evening spent with the children at the Suwa Arana. 
The YCAF is committed to making a positive impact on the community. This project is just one example of how it is working to support those in need and bring smiles to the faces of those who need them most.
