BOI to deploy 5 S tools for better investor services

HR Professional Sunil Dissanayake - Director / CEO - Bandaranaike National Memorial Foundation recently conducted a 5 S workshop for the top management of the Board of Investment. 5 S is a five-step methodology for creating a more organized and productive workspace. 
5S serves as a foundation for the BOI for deploying more advanced lean production tools and processes for better decision making and for improving investor services . BOI recently set up a Toastmaster Club for hands-on workshop on public speaking and effective communication skills.
