BoardPAC, the leading global tech firm, which provides a digitised platform to conduct secure board and management meetings, has announced the appointment of David Rawling as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with effect from October 10, 2022.
Rawling has a degree in economics from the University of Sydney and has been Operations Director of Ernst & Young Asia Pacific, a role that spanned 20+ regions in the Asia-Pacific region. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Minter Ellison, Australia’s largest and oldest law firm. At Minter Ellison, he led a cross-functional team of 500 people across Australia, New Zealand, China and the UK. Starting his career at BT Financial Group in 1997, Rawling has worked across a wide range of markets and sectors, with a specific focus on technology, consulting and finance.
