CICRA Campus-EC Council USA to produce globally recognised cybersecurity professionals

CICRA Campus, a renowned institution for cybersecurity education in Sri Lanka, has recently announced the introduction of a new programme in collaboration with EC Council USA, aimed at 

producing certified cybersecurity professionals.
The Certified Cyber Security Professional programme is exclusively offered at CICRA Campus, under the Academia programme for undergraduates in Sri Lanka. The programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices and tools to help them combat cyberthreats effectively.

This particular programme is dedicated to undergraduates and students between the ages of 18 and 24 and offers professional certifications such as Certified Network Defender, Certified Ethical Hacker and Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator, at a special discounted rate. Opting for the certified cybersecurity professional certification at undergraduate level not only brings about savings of nearly Rs.800,000 but also adds value to the student’s profile by attaining certifications at a younger age, enabling them to establish a stronger presence in the job market.
In addition to the core cybersecurity modules, the programme also includes CCNA components, which will enable students to develop a better understanding of computer networks and their security.
