Of the six debates that have been scheduled, two debates have already been concluded and the respective winners have been adjudged by the eminent panel comprising business leaders, HR professionals and academics. Nestle Lanka and H Connect are the winners of the two debates that have been conducted to date, with four more to be held during the run-up to the National HR Conference, where the two finalists will vie for the crown jewel.
