CIPM Sri Lanka, the nation’s leader in human resource management, further strengthened its bonds of partnership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK, with the invitation to participate at CIPD Annual Conference 2022, held recently at the Manchester Central Convention Complex, UK.
CIPM President Ken Vijayakumar, Hony. Secretary Priyankara Senevirathne together with CIPM members Erin Jesudasan and Eranga Abeywickrama represented CIPM at the conference, which was themed ‘Supporting you today to create a bolder tomorrow for the people profession’.

The CIPD recently accredited the CIPM Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management (CQHRM) - CIPM Sri Lanka’s foremost professional qualification in people management
“We are delighted to have been invited by CIPD UK to participate in its annual conference and exhibition, which further amplifies the close collaboration between our two professional bodies in our mutual efforts to uplift and add value to the noble profession of people management,” said Vijayakumar.
