This innovative programme is crafted to expand leadership skills, refine approaches to embracing disruptive technology and foster a ‘Deliver today, Build for tomorrow’ ethos.
The programme for CXO development aims to equip participants with the agility required to navigate challenges, devise effective solutions and harness emerging technologies such as Web 3.0, AI and IoT. The programme champions an organisational culture focused on operational excellence, digital transformation and the strategic leveraging of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. It empowers them to innovate boldly, address competitive threats and lead cross-functional initiatives for corporate growth and competitive advantage.

Expert facilitators introduce new knowledge domains, fostering critical analysis and group collaboration through immersive off-site experiences.  These facilitators bring extensive industry experience complemented by strong academic backgrounds to the programme. Their immersion in the Sri Lankan business environment, combined with international exposure, enriches the programme with diverse perspectives and global best practices.

The curriculum structured around 10 modules, will be conducted through physical workshops, including at selected off-site venues. With sessions requiring just four hours every Saturday over eight months, participants can progressively apply newly acquired skills at their workplace.
Commencing in January 2024, applications for this transformative learning experience are now open. ([email protected])
