Certified Management Accountants Institute to host webinar for Women’s Day

The following topics will be discussed at this webinar:

The Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka celebrates International Women’s Day 2024, on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., via the Zoom platform.
It is organised by the CMA Sri Lanka Women Leadership Committee on the theme ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’, aligned with the UN Women’s Day theme for 2024. 

The welcome address will be delivered by CMA Sri Lanka Women Leadership Committee Chairperson and Deloitte Partners Director Darshini Watawala. 
The keynote address on ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’ will be delivered by Prof. Nilanthi De Silva, Vice Chancellor, Senior Professor of Parasitology, Faculty of Medicine, University 
of Kelaniya. 
The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion, which will be moderated by DCSL Breweries Lanka Ltd Director Finance Samanthi Kariyawasam. 

The eminent panellists are Institute of Environmental Professionals Sri Lanka President Shiranee Yasaratne, Board Certified Consultant Community Physician, Public Health Specialist and University of Colombo Senior Lecturer Dr. Nadeeka Chandraratne, Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC Senior Manager Sustainability, Women Banking and CSR Kamalini Ellawala and Women in Need Project Manager Rashmi Sathanandan.
The webinar will conclude with a question-and-answer session, where participants will also have an opportunity to discuss practical applications and obtain clarifications via 
chat option.
