Citrus Leisure to manage banquet halls, revolving restaurant at Lotus Tower

Citrus Leisure PLC yesterday said it entered into a management agreement with Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company (Private) Limited to engage in the management of certain spaces in the Colombo Lotus Tower.
The agreement, which was signed yesterday, was for a period of three years, Citrus Leisure said in a stock market filing.
“In terms of the agreement, Citrus Leisure PLC is to provide services in the management of (1) the Banquet Hall 1 on the 25th floor, (2) the Banquet Hall 2 on the 26th floor, (3) the Revolving Restaurant on the 27th floor, (4) the Six Suites situated on the 28th floor and Kitchen on the basement floor of the Colombo Lotus Tower,” the filing said.

Citrus Leisure said it was awarded the tender in response to a bid submitted by it, to an Expression of Interest, by way of a notice published in the newspapers.
