Colombo Lotus Tower calls for proposal to set up ventures

The call for application will close on 31 August.

Business opportunities are available at the Tower House and Base.

In the Tower Base, plans are afoot to set up exclusive shops, food courts, photo booths and exhibition gallery at the ground floor.

The first and second floors are open for innovation centers, E- sports arena, 9D cinema, digital art museum, office space and special events area. The rooftop of the Tower Base will feature restaurants and leisure areas.

Meanwhile, the Tower House will consist of an observation deck (7^th floor), six luxury rooms (6^th floor), revolving restaurant (5^th floor), banquet hall (4^th floor), and a sky lounge/banquet hall (3^rd floor).

The Tower is also being promoted for photo and video shoots, skydiving, live concerts, and bungee jumping.
