Culinary art meets global flavours at Cafe 2023

From tantalising plates to creative bakes, Cafe 2023, the culinary art food expo - international processed food and hospitality exhibition, showcased the best of global cuisines in Colombo.

Hosted at the BMICH by the Chef’s Guild of Lanka, the three-day event that kicked off yesterday provided a platform for industry professionals across the island nation to display their culinary talents.  The 2023 edition features live demonstrations and interactive stalls that unveil the latest culinary trends and cutting-edge technologies in the industry.
