DFCC Bank holds 68th AGM

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of DFCC Bank PLC was held recently at the bank’s head 
office auditorium. 
The shareholders convened to vote on significant matters of business pertinent to the forthcoming fiscal year. Concurrently, the event provided DFCC Bank with a platform to showcase its notable achievements throughout the financial year 2023/24, a record-breaking year for the bank across multiple metrics, including financial performance and the accomplishment of its sustainability goals.
